CE — Weather Conditions
Weather measured and recorded at the Site is significantly worse than the weather data stated in the Contract Data. Each calendar month is assessed separately.
The Contractor compares actual weather data for the month against the reference weather data. If the measurement exceeds the stated frequency, it is a CE.
Only weather at the specific Site location counts. Off-site weather or regional averages are not admissible unless they directly correlate to Site conditions.
