PM's Response Time
The PM responds to the Contractor's notification within one week, either accepting it as a CE or deferring decision.
The PM cannot ignore notifications. Silence may allow the Contractor to proceed as if the CE is accepted.
A 'not yet decided' response keeps the matter open. The PM should make a final decision as soon as possible.
