Period for Reply
Unless otherwise stated in the conditions of contract, the Project Manager, the Supervisor and the Contractor reply to a communication within the period for reply stated in the Contract Data. The period for reply applies to all communications that the contract requires a response to.
Track all reply periods diligently. The period for reply is stated in the Contract Data and may differ for different types of communication.
If no period for reply is stated for a specific communication, the default period stated in the Contract Data applies. Late responses can trigger deemed acceptance under clause 13.5.
