Clause 13.6

Certificates

Purpose

The Project Manager issues certificates to the Client and the Contractor. The Supervisor issues certificates to the Project Manager, the Client and the Contractor.

Practical Application

Certificates include payment certificates, Completion certificates, and Defects Certificates. Ensure distribution follows the required parties as specified.

Common Pitfalls

Certificates must be issued to all required parties simultaneously. Issuing to only one party does not satisfy the contractual requirement.
