Programme — Revisions for CEs
The Contractor submits a revised programme showing the effects of implemented CEs. The revision distinguishes between the effects of each implemented CE and other changes.
Each CE that delays Completion triggers a programme revision. The revised programme becomes the new Accepted Programme for assessing subsequent CEs.
If multiple CEs overlap, the programme must show each CE's individual effect. Combined delay assessments that do not isolate individual CE impacts are harder to substantiate.
