Payment — Amount Due Calculation
The amount due is calculated as the Price for Work Done to Date plus other amounts to be paid to the Contractor, less amounts to be paid by the Contractor.
Other amounts may include CE assessments, acceleration costs, and retention adjustments. Deductions include advance payment repayment and delay damages.
The PM may include deductions without prior notice. The Contractor should verify each assessment against its own records and challenge incorrect deductions promptly.
