Payment Certificates — Final
The PM issues a final payment certificate after the Defects Certificate. The certificate covers all remaining amounts due.
The final certificate is issued after all defects are resolved and the final account is agreed. It closes out the financial obligations under the contract.
The final certificate may include corrections of previous assessments. The Contractor should not agree the final account until all CEs are implemented and assessed.
