CE Assessment — Adjustment
The assessment of a CE is adjusted if the event is later found to have a different effect than originally forecast. The adjustment is made by the PM.
Adjustments can increase or decrease the original CE assessment. The PM notifies the Contractor of the adjustment.
The Contractor should track actual costs and time impacts against forecast assessments. Significant discrepancies should be raised with the PM promptly.
