CE Assessment — Method
The assessment of a CE uses the same method as the original contract pricing. For Options A and B, rates and prices from the Activity Schedule or Bill of Quantities are used.
The CE assessment method is driven by the Main Option selected. The Contractor uses the same pricing basis as the original contract for consistency.
If the Activity Schedule or BoQ rates no longer reflect the actual cost of the work (e.g., due to changed market conditions), the Contractor may still be bound by those rates.
