CE Assessment — Time Impact
The assessment of the time impact of a CE considers the effect on the Completion Date and Key Dates. The assessment uses the Accepted Programme as the baseline.
Each CE's time impact is assessed individually. The Contractor shows how the event delays planned Completion compared to the Accepted Programme.
Concurrent delays complicate assessment. If the Contractor's own delay runs concurrently with a CE delay, the CE time entitlement may be reduced or eliminated.
