PM's Assessment — Notification
The PM notifies the Contractor of their assessment within the period allowed for the Contractor's quotation or, if later, within two weeks of deciding to make their own assessment.
The PM's own assessment must be notified promptly. The Contractor reviews the assessment and challenges it if necessary.
The PM's assessment is binding unless challenged through adjudication. The Contractor should request the PM's working papers to verify the assessment basis.
