CE Implementation — Completion Date
When a CE is implemented, the Completion Date is changed by the amount of delay assessed for that CE. The change is recorded in the CE register.
Each implemented CE changes the Completion Date incrementally. The Contractor maintains a running total of time changes to track the current Completion Date.
CEs implemented out of sequence or with overlapping effects require careful time impact analysis. The final Completion Date is the Contract Date plus all CE time allowances.
