Effect of Implementing CE
When a compensation event is implemented, the Prices, the Completion Date and the Key Dates are changed accordingly. Implementation gives effect to the assessed changes.
Implementation formalises the CE. The Prices adjust by the assessed amount, the Completion Date extends (or reduces) by the assessed delay, and any affected Key Dates change.
Changes take effect from the date of implementation notification, not from the date the event occurred. Multiple CEs may cumulatively affect the Completion Date and require careful tracking.
