Insurance — Additional Requirements
The Contractor takes out additional insurance as stated in the Contract Data. The additional insurance is maintained for the period stated in the Contract Data after the Defects Certificate.
Additional insurance may include professional indemnity, latent defects, or project-specific cover. The terms are agreed before contract signature.
Additional insurance may not be available on standard terms at reasonable cost. The Contractor should check availability and cost of specified additional insurance before tendering.
