Contractor's Insurance Obligations
The Contractor provides the insurances stated in the Insurance Table except any insurance which the Client is to provide as stated in the Contract Data. The Contractor also provides additional insurances as stated in the Contract Data.
The Insurance Table in the contract specifies which Party provides each insurance. The Contractor defaults to providing all insurances except those the Contract Data allocates to the Client.
Additional insurances stated in the Contract Data may not be available on standard terms. The Contractor should check availability and cost before the Contract Date.
